What do you think is actually inside liquid coffee creamers? The answer might surprise you. 

  • Coffee creamers are not cream!?


    God damn it, liquid coffee creamers! I always thought they were half & half, but I learned that they are just vegetable oil and some other chemicals.

    So we're all just basically dumping dyed, flavored vegetable oil into our coffee.  Yuck.  

    My advice:  stick with real creamer if you can.
