National Geographic released an interesting article about "caffeine pollution," stating that
caffeine levels are surprisingly high in the Pacific Northwest area.
"The Pacific Northwest may be the epicenter of U.S. coffee culture, and now a new study shows the region's elevated caffeine levels don't stop at the shoreline."

Forbes published an article about the health benefits of coffee.
Let’s get right to the good news: drinking coffee seems to reduce your risk of death from oral or pharyngeal cancer by about 50%. Drinking more coffee is better than drinking less, and drinking caffeinated (normal) coffee is better than decaf.

Last summer I introduced the world's most expensive coffee which comes from the feces of a certain type of Indonesian weasel-cat. BUT, elephant poop coffee now holds the title as the most expensive coffee on earth.

The original Starbucks near Pike Place Market is a popular tourist
attraction in Seattle. It's something people visiting always want to
see and as a result I've taken a bunch of friends and family there.
After living in Seattle for three years I've been into that Starbucks
maybe 20 times or so. Say what you will about Starbucks coffee, visiting
the original site is a fun experience considering the breadth of what
the Starbucks empire has become.
